Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are only considered in cases of erroneous payments.
- Once products or services are delivered, refunds will not be processed.
- Enrolment in any package is final, and refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances. Please know that we are fully committed to guiding you every step of the way and meeting all your Software and Training needs as promised.
- Due to the nature of our services, all DMIT LAB products and services are non-returnable.
Verification Process:
DMIT LAB reserves the right to verify your concerns and may request additional information for assessment. The final decision rests solely with the company’s higher authorities.
Refund Decision:
After reviewing your request and completing the verification process, DMIT LAB will determine your refund eligibility. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. For credit card payments, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
